Lack Thereof
I apologize for not posting any more yesterday. My day started off rushed and ended up quite melancholy. If I have time, I will put up some blogs today. I also need to make a new banner.. See you soon. xoxo

Clouds Over The Moon
I got home from Newport Beach/Anaheim at midnight, and finished up my paper due tomorrow about 5 minutes ago. This is the latest I've stayed up in a long time.
I am going to be so tired in the morning.
But, I promise to post some long awaited blog posts tomorrow, (as well as doing my math homework, mailing a letter, and taking a great nap.)

College Bathroom Parties, and Olsen Hands
On a much more random note, I am always impressed at how much the Olsen twins can hold in their dainty little hands.

What is your living situation like?

Bold
I forgot to buy milk to go with my 5 jars of iced coffee I made. I must be growing a beard and chest hair by how strong this is.
Today, I have Statistics and Art Orientation. I'm excited. And yes, I did just say I was excited for this math class. Alexandra woke up on the right side of the bed today. Good morning, emails from Miramar. Good morning, Claudio Sanchez. Good morning, cold showers.
Question of the blog:
Are you a morning person, mid-day person, or night person?

Update.
My air conditioner has broken.
Windows open,
Blinds wave in the wind, inches from each other.
Lights are off,
And my bed calls my name, before the sun is set.
I am as decorated as can be so far. My room looks a lot more like me than I had expected when I first showed up. My next task is decorating the living room, because right now it's so hideous I can't even sit in it for more than 5 minutes.
Here is my room. Tada!
Question of the blog:
Are you the type of person that needs to decorate, or are all of your ideas in your mind, so you can be satisfied with a blank wall?

I Guess This Is My Dissertation
Wake up, Mista West.
I just slept a total of 4 hours in my new bed, in my new suite, in my new city.
The sun rose with the clouds, white and gray, with the prettiest faded blue jean sky. I continue to connect with my surroundings, and try to remember, I'm not leaving. San Diego has always been my weekend getaway, a mini vacation. This is life now.
Hang up my prayer flags, turn on the lamp, place my toothbrush in the mason jar. Target runs, coffee breaks, but for now I just have sleepy eyes and a full day ahead.
Good morning.

With Arms Outstretched
This day was unlike any others. May of 2010, with 3 of my favorite women. Boating, sunsets, and singing at the top of our lungs. I love you all.
Some days, they last longer than others;
but this day by the lake went too fast.
Question of the blog:
What is your favorite body of water?
Although I've had great memories at Lake Englebright, and years of fun at Seal Beach on the Pacific Ocean, I think I like the Yuba River best of all.

Milk Crates and Dropping Names
I am leaving for college in 9 days! Can't believe it. Sorry about the lack of posts this summer, it's been a wonderfully busy one filled with friends and adventures. Summer is coming to a close quicker than I expected!
The other day, I woke up very anxious because I wasn't sure how I was going to pack everything. Then I thought up the idea of just buying some milk crates, using them to bring my stuff down, and when I am moved in I can just pile them up as a book shelf!
So packing is under way. I promised myself I'd only bring a crate full of shoes... That is proving to be more difficult than I expected.
I'm packing away my favorite dvds and a few books I know I'll be looking back at, as well as a few I've been meaning to read. No Greater Love by Mother Teresa and The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho are among the few.
Question of the blog:
What is on your list of books you love,
and which are on your list to read?
Leaves On The Ground
I know the time has come
When weather has gone, summer to autumn.
As I drive home, the heater on,
Windows rolled up, as I sing that old song.
The one about the pretty girl
She was at an airport, with her pretty curls.
The summer is leaving now,
Coming to a close, baby take a bow.
And oh how you've changed my life,
So let's keep this goodbye from ever coming.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I cannot say it enough. I love you.

Postcards From Italy
Those were our times, those were our times
Yes, it was a very lovely reunion. I am very blessed to have Andrew in my life. I love him dearly.
More photos from my adventures to come. I apologize for my lack of keeping up appearances around these parts. I have so much to tell you!
